I painted this a long time ago ..... and I am finding that doing some touch up work and painting the frame just made it come alive again !in my shop
I'm so excited > I am going to meet my cousin at Stratford Antiques today .......It will be fun , maybe I will buy something , maybe I won't clean today .a happy Thursday to everyone !

It is an American Idol for artists .
I liked it although I didn't agree with the judges on some things ... it's just fun to watch because it's about nutty ARTISTS !
I watch American Pickers and Pawn Stars too > do you watch any of these shows ??????

I like the mermaids! They look very relaxed. When we remember we like to watch Pawn Stars. Those guys are funny! Haven't heard about the art show though.

The American Pickers guys are from LeClaire, Ia...I work in Davenport, which is like 10-15 minutes away (depending on road construction! LOL!)
Oh! I forgot to say- YES! that frame color makes it POP!
That show is my newest obsession!
Finally I get to watch TV!
I wish they would let you look at the art longer though.
Guess I'm not the only one who loved the mermaids :D
