Teapot by the red poppies tray

I made this .Actually I have made many teapot ladies .I covered an old teapot with clay and
embedded shells and buttons and jewels . I sculpted the head , painted the face .
I think she looks very nice next to this great old red poppies tray .[ a tag sale find ]

2.I beleive dust bunnies and cobwebs are true folk art .

3.I have over 800 books in my house. I just counted . Now I'm scared .

4.I love reading Tolstoy and the 'classics '

5. At last count I have over 50 pairs of jeans [ in three differnt sizes ]
I will be skinny again someday.

6. I talk with Jesus all day long .

Wild Bird

Clem stopped by
and gave me this
crazy frame that
he made, so I just
had to paint it in a
crazy way and then
add a wild
Kingfisher type
bird.I just shipped this painting to the Checkered House Gallery . It will be on their website in a week or so !

studio barn. Occasionally
I open the barn to show and sell my work ...
and Clem's too!

His head is an old tea

OH ......I love this cat

This is MY boy, Buddy.
He is my only boy . I have
three other cats...[ girls ] .

I love this cat so much.
I am amazed that I got this photo . He doesn't
like the camera . He likes stretching in the bath tub, drinking water from the
faucet . cat nip and cuddling with me . He also likes looking at things on the ceiling....
things I can't see .
His real sister is Holly. Holly is my husband's favorite .but Holly doesn't like to be
photographed either . Maybe someday you'll
get to meet Holly.
