This was what was there for FIVE minutes.

My Crabby cat clock.

I could cry . I did .

Maybe you remember that Crabby
was a cat I took care of . He died 6 months ago . I chose him as my avatar becuase his face had this expression all the time . . The day after he died a big painting I had done of him sold . He was a stray cat. I couldn't pet him . I felt bad that I didn't do more for him .
I made him a house outside and fed him and talked with him . He gave me " love blinks "

SO he did it again . I think he sends me love. Crabby ...... oh .... STOP crying .

anyway ... I always wondered how one gets HAND PICKED . I finally got there

I got about 95 looks in 5 minutes and a few hearts . I don't feel lost now in the sea of etsy .

This is something I painted THREE years ago . It's a painting on brown paper .
which I glued onto board .

Oh I forgot to add something here ..... I remember how I started this painting . First I painted a big red tomato and then I painted a big yellow banana . Somehow they became a mother and daughter and then the son appeared ... and then the animals . I had a lot of fun painting this .

books for a shop in Seymour Ct
called Tickled Pink

but last night I had fun ...

time ago on cardboard

on canvas .

Pillow

I made this pillow on
Saturday.
It was SO HOT ,
maybe this is why I used
watermelon colors

18 inches square.

flowers and vines

One night I decided to paint flowers and vines on the walls . This wall has nine ornate [empty] frames . I sculpted the flowers onto that round one.
and then I painted them all white and cream and antiqued them .
The flowers and vines travel over this wall , through the frames and spill onto the big old bureau

On the Path of Love

A favorite song of mine is called

" Calico Skies " .

It makes me happy and melancholy at the same
time.

This was a quick drawing in pen , done VERY late [ or early .... a 3 a.m. drawing ]. I drew it on crappy newsprint paper , cut it out , glued it onto an old book cover, and added color and more pen work . I love to do 3 in the morning drawings .
