I'm still cleaning , I should have taken photos of all the junk and rotted broken down frames that were in my driveway .... I made two trips to the dump on Monday .... about ten more trips .... I'm thinking .but it rained yesterday , and today was rainy too ... so I made a pillow today.
My basement still looks awful , WHEN did I bring all this junk home ?

Welll, it can't be all that bad! Mom has a client called the Junk Girls. So she tries to rationalize her dumpster diving to dad by saying she's 'collecting' stuff for her clients. Did we mention the parents also rent a 2 car garage to store their vintage VW Bus and mom's lamp and shade collection from the 50's? If you see us on hoarders... send in someone to bail our pug ass out!

Oh, Sandy - I am doing the same thing here. Facing up to what I'm really going to doing creatively. Which means saying no to 1970's wooden doo-dads that I "could" turn into something else. ;-) When you're an artist you see the possibility in everything.
I'm alternating between cleaning and gardening! Mostly gardening. I totally agree with Dixie! I can envision All Sorts of Things when I look at my "junk"! But ya know, once in a while I really DO need it!

my middle son and I are going up to the market tonight to rent a carpet cleaner. I bought a really nice wing-back chair and ottoman at Goodwill half off last week, $30, which I thought was good. but then I looked at how much it would cost to reupholster it, and decided to clean instead and re-stuff the seat cushion!! wish me luck!
Yard sale tomorrow. Want to come?hahaha
