BabyFace Cupcakes painting

I love this mirror frame . It measures 15 inches wide by 35 inches long. The frame is painted in graduated shades from a soft green to a soft pink.


All day on Friday I tried to paint something 'special' for it . I was trying too hard. It turned out awful and is now in the closet. I was so mad , sad and frustrated.
And then................. I read the comments from yesterday's post. You like Baby Bella !!! SO ... I thought ......I will do another Baby Face!!!!!!

and I always wonder how many hours another artist puts into a painting . This one took me ALL day and night Saturday AND Sunday. It's finally finished. I had fun though ! I DID stop to make 13 bean soup [ it's so good ]. and NO .......I did NOT eat a cupcake .

My husband just walked in and said " Is that Patty Cakes in the hallway ? " Now I don't know what to title this .

Cat Puppet acrylic painting

working too hard

I've been in my studio since 10 a.m. , it's 12:30a.m. now
just me and Jerry , drawing pictures all day long.
To all you ladies who have kids that interrupt your painting day .... be grateful or you could end up like me . Not knowing how to stop [painting] and then taking pictures with a dummy at midnight .
But THIS was better than watching TV

Jerry is much older than I am .... no bags under HIS eyes !

Madison loves Ketchup....sold

It's my birthday today. Three windows in my car won't open and my wrist watch just stopped .
Does this mean anything ? But Michael got me a carrot cake from the bakery and a stupid funny card and my cats are here and I am going to draw all day. perfect day even without a watch .[I'm still here ! ]

Just felt like posting SOMETHING at 2 a.m. This is a BIG painting I did last year [on canvas] It's at the Cavalier Gallery [Nantucket ]. You can probably guess that I listen to AM radio ..... I hear this commercial all the time ...... and ........
