How I make an art doll { sold }

1 st   >    Move the junk on desk . Clear a small area , notice that you are happy you bought the 1945 rose lamp and the old pincushion and happy you made that apple guy years ago .

*** don't forget to click on a photo so you can see it large

Don't think about food or how you should be cleaning the house . focus

 2nd >   so after I drew her on fabric , I sewed her , and carefully turned her inside out and carefully stuffed her .  Now I pencil in details and start to paint
 It's at this point I think I must be insane ..... very time consuming

 but then it all comes together , with my Inktense pencils I add more detail and shading , buttons on her pigtails

 and all of a sudden she's a real doll { but it's really been a few hours } .... but hey > all of a sudden we have a doll !
I'm tired
but happy ....... I finished a doll today . She is for sale . She is 11 and 1/2 inches tall .
I will put her in my Etsy shop later tonight

UPDATE >>>>>  sold

  6. I have got to tell you that the cat pin you made and sold me for my MIL was a HUGE hit. She adored it. You are so talented, and I cannot believe how you dream these cute things up and all of then are so different. Amazing.

    Happy New Year to you, too.
