NEW painted frames to spruce up my paintings

Oh I am so so... so EXCITED !
Take a look at my painting .
It's painted on board , which I then cut out on my scroll saw and placed in a frame . it is three separate pieces .

This painting is called
THE MEATBALL SISTERS

you can click to enlarge

The frame is boring , so TODAY ... I painted the frame
and I think it looks so much better
Tell me if you like it ???
I think it totally changed it ... don't you ?
so ... go to Home Depot and try these paints . You will like them !!!!
I have MORE paintings to show you , but I will post later this week
Thanks for visiting !

I do like it. Would be fun if you paint spaghetti to "hang" over onto the frame. You could do that, not me...sigh. I can't paint a lick. I tried to use a brush to put on my lipstick once, and it took so long I got a cramp in my hand. Hee, Hee.

This now takes the place of all other paintings as my all time favorite Sandy Mastroni work of art. And I love the frame. It's the icing on the cake.

Sandy, no word of lie, I actually made meatballs for the first time today. What a coincidence that you've posted this cool piece of work on the very same day.

Lydia is right, it POPS! The right color on a mat or frame makes or breaks the painting! you are just a scroll sawing fool! sounds like fun!
cant wait to see the others>>>>>what will she cut up next????

hey---you could put real cooked spaghetti, like susan suggests, just one or two strings and let them cool stiff draped over the top, and glue them down!!

Sandy, yes, we are meatball sisters. I like that! I'd rather paint than cook too, but sometimes you just have to eat. Hee! Hee!
